Kevin Garnett is probably the most desired person in fantasy - so I wouldn't bother trying to get him til he cools off a bit. I usually try to get someone who might have had a bad week - got into foul trouble or something.

Fantasy leagues are all different so ask yourself why you want him and whether it's worth what you'd have to give up.
