Having problems with a game I tried to download from NBA.com?

I paid the $2.99 for game 6 of the Pistons and Cavs and the installation for the software worked fine but the video has been "processing" for several minutes now, is this normal? Anybody else bought any games from NBA.com and have problems? thanks

Did you check the site to see if there is a help desk or anything??? I don't know what else to tell you but good luck because I would be super pissed if I paid for a game I couldn't watch!!!
