the second: BA

do you what does that mean ?

+/- means the "efficiency rating of a player" or commonly known as PER (Player Efficiency Rating).The rating is not intended to be the final word on how a player performs, but is designed to inform the debate. The idea is to come up with an objective measurement of how productively each player is actually playing.

while the BA means the "Block Against" the player. if a player got 3 BA on his stats then it only means that he was block three times on his shot attempts.
